Your Mission

At LambdaTest, we believe every story deserves the right spotlight. Your job is to make sure ours shines the brightest. As the Press & Media Manager, you’ll build strong relationships with journalists, editors, and publications while shaping the public voice of LambdaTest. You’ll manage communications that boost brand trust, create awareness, and drive meaningful business growth through sharp storytelling and timely media coordination.

What You’ll Own (and Ace)
Build and nurture media relationships across tech, SaaS, and business publications.
Draft and edit press releases, statements, and feature articles that make noise for the right reasons. 
Pitch stories, handle press queries, and manage media coverage end-to-end. Partner with internal teams, marketing, brand, and leadership, to align voice and strategy.
Track brand mentions, media sentiment, and coverage reports to measure visibility and impact.
Coordinate PR activities around product launches, campaigns, and global events.

You’ll Thrive Here If You Have

✅Experience:
3-6 years in press relations, media communication, or PR (agency or in-house).
Proven experience managing press outreach and landing media coverage.
✅Skills:
Strong writing and editing chops-you can draft anything from a crisp quote to a full release or a media pitch.
Expertise in distilling technical innovation into clear, impactful startup pitches.
An eye for what makes a story newsworthy.
Understanding of tech and startup media landscapes globally.
✅Bonus Points:
Prior experience in SaaS or B2B tech (mandatory).
Existing media network within tech or startup ecosystems in North America, Europe, and APAC.
Comfort with remote collaboration tools and fast-moving environments.
