About the Role

We need someone who understands how to speak to developers, testers, and tech leaders through engaging narratives, strong brand presence, and community-focused storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Own and manage LambdaTest’s social media presence across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Plan, execute, and schedule platform-specific content aligned with brand and business goals.
- Maintain a consistent posting cadence and brand tone.
Content Creation
- Ideate and produce engaging content — copy, reels, short videos, carousels, and threads.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to highlight product updates, launches, culture stories, and thought leadership.
Influencer & Community Engagement
- Work closely with influencers, community advocates, and developer groups to expand brand reach.
- Drive conversations within the testing/dev community — comments, reposts, replies, and discussions.
- Participate in relevant online forums and communities to amplify organic brand visibility.
Analytics & Insights
- Use social media analytics tools to track performance, identify trends, and optimize content strategy.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports with insights, wins, and opportunities.
- A/B test formats, captions, and posting styles to refine results.
What You Bring
- 2–4 years of social media management experience in SaaS, tech, or developer-centric brands.
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2D audience behavior and social media dynamics.
- Proven ability to create thumb-stopping content (reels, videos, copy, carousels).
- Experience working with influencers and creators.
- Demonstrated track record of community engagement and building organic presence.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout, or native insights.
- Strong communication, creativity, and storytelling abilities.
