Your Mission

You’ll be the driving force behind TestMu AI’s partner ecosystem—building strategic alliances that accelerate revenue, expand market reach, and strengthen our position in the Quality Engineering landscape.
🤝 Ecosystem Building – Identify, onboard, and grow partnerships with QE tools, system integrators, cloud providers, and technology partners.
📈 Revenue Enablement – Drive co-selling, referrals, and joint go-to-market motions that directly impact pipeline and ARR.
🎯 Strategic Alignment – Work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to ensure partnerships are mutually valuable and execution-ready.

What You’ll Own (and Ace)

  • Build and scale strategic partnerships with testing, automation, DevOps, and QE tool vendors.
  • Own the end-to-end partner lifecycle—from identification and onboarding to enablement and performance tracking.
  • Design and execute joint GTM strategies, including co-marketing campaigns, webinars, integrations, and field enablement.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to support partner-led and partner-influenced deals.
  • Act as the internal voice of partners—sharing market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence with Product and Leadership.
  • Track partnership KPIs, pipeline contribution, and ROI to continuously refine strategy.
  • Represent TestMu AI at industry events, partner forums, and ecosystem meetups.

What Your Day Looks Like at TestMu AI

  • Sync with Sales on active partner-driven opportunities and co-sell plans.
  • Conversations with QE tool vendors or SIs to explore integrations or joint offerings.
  • Working with Marketing on partner campaigns, announcements, or enablement content.
  • Reviewing partner performance dashboards and identifying growth levers.
  • Strategic discussions with Product on roadmap alignment and integrations.

You’ll Thrive Here If You Have

✅ Experience

  • 5–10 years of experience in Partnerships, Alliances, or Business Development in SaaS / Testing / QE / DevTools space.
  • Prior exposure to selling or partnering around QE tools, automation platforms, DevOps, or enterprise software.
  • Proven experience driving revenue-impacting partnerships (not just logos).

✅ Skills

  • Strong understanding of the Quality Engineering ecosystem—tools, buyers, and buying motions.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking pipeline, ARR, and partner performance.

✅ Bonus Points

  • Experience working with global partners or channel ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and co-selling motions.
  • Background in integrations, marketplaces, or platform partnerships.
