The Mission
We aren't automating scripts — we're deprecating the era of manual-heavy testing entirely. TestMu AI is building the world's first AI-native platform where Agentic Intelligence autonomously plans, authors, and self-heals the entire Quality Engineering lifecycle.
The name "TestMu" comes from our community conference. Our users and team aren't an audience — they're the heartbeat of what we build. We believe AI augments human potential. It doesn't replace it.
You'll be the person who plants TestMu AI inside the Epic ecosystem — building the testing infrastructure that makes AI-led quality engineering credible to hospital networks, and scalable across the healthcare industry.
The Pillars of Impact
🚀 1. Epic Integration & Automation Framework (50%)
Design and build robust automation scripts and testing frameworks purpose-built for Epic workflows — from Ambulatory to Inpatient to MyChart.
Work directly with Epic sandbox environments, APIs, and documentation to develop testing solutions that meet ecosystem-grade standards.
Develop reusable, scalable modules within a 90-day delivery timeline — speed and quality are both non-negotiable.
Act as the internal SME for all Epic-related testing and integration decisions — your word carries authority in technical reviews.
⚙️ 2. Scalable Deployment & Healthcare Compliance (30%)
Support the packaging and deployment of testing solutions across Epic-aligned hospital systems at scale.
Ensure all frameworks and integrations comply with healthcare standards and Epic ecosystem requirements — no shortcuts on compliance.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align testing infrastructure with platform capabilities and roadmap direction.
Build for repeatability — every solution you ship should work across multiple hospital network configurations.
🧠 3. Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Alignment (20%)
Work closely with Epic stakeholders and US-based clients to manage technical expectations and drive adoption momentum.
Translate complex Epic integration requirements into clear engineering tasks for internal product and QA teams.
Contribute to building TestMu AI's strategic presence within the Epic ecosystem — this is a visibility role, not just an execution role.
The Bar
Epic Certification
Active Epic certification in at least one module (Ambulatory, Inpatient, MyChart, etc.) — mandatory, no exceptions.
QA & Automation Depth
5+ years in QA, SDET, or test automation with demonstrated ownership of framework builds — not just framework usage.
Healthcare Systems Experience
Direct experience with EHR/EMR platforms, preferably Epic — healthcare domain knowledge is not a learning-on-the-job opportunity here.
US Client Stakeholder Management
Has worked with US-based enterprise clients or Epic stakeholders directly — can hold a credible, independent technical conversation at that level.
