About the Role
As a Customer Engineering Intern, you’ll be working directly with global developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and tech leaders to solve real-world testing challenges.
This is not a typical support role. You’ll debug automation scripts, troubleshoot cloud execution environments, and collaborate closely with Engineering and Product teams.
If you enjoy solving complex problems and understanding how large-scale systems work, this role will accelerate your growth.
What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot automation issues across Selenium, Playwright, Appium, etc.
- Debug test failures across real devices and browser environments
- Support customers via chat, email, and calls (rotation shifts)
- Assist with CI/CD integrations and API-related queries
- Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and Product to resolve escalations
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to product improvements
- Manage SLAs and ensure world-class technical support
What We’re Looking For
Technical Skills
- BTech / MTech / MCA (CS/IT preferred)
- Strong DSA (Data Structures & Algorithms) fundamentals
- Proficiency in at least one language: JavaScript, Python, Java, or PHP
- Solid understanding of APIs and web-based applications
- Basic knowledge of automation testing concepts
Soft Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to explain technical issues clearly
- High ownership and problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
