The Pillars of Impact
1.Testing Framework Architecture (50%)
- Design scalable testing frameworks using Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Implement AI-driven execution strategies to enhance testing efficiency.
- Ensure seamless integration of frameworks with existing systems.
- Optimize testing processes to reduce manual intervention.
2. Automation Proficiency (30%)
- Leverage AI agents to automate repetitive testing tasks.
- Utilize Selenium for comprehensive UI testing.
- Conduct API testing with Rest Assured and TestNG.
3.Performance and Optimization (20%)
- Execute load testing scenarios using JMeter.
- Continuously improve test scripts using Selenium 4 features.
- Validate performance metrics to ensure system reliability.

- Technical Round I (SDET Leads): Deep dive into Core DSA, live coding, and the "why" behind your framework architecture decisions (POM, Factory, etc.).
- Technical Round II (Hiring Manager): AI & Framework Assessment—how you leverage agents today and your experience building scalable UI/API frameworks.
- Technical Round III (VP Engineering): Solving for Scale. We’ll discuss debugging complex distributed systems and communicating technical risks to stakeholders.
- Final Round (Leadership): Vision Alignment—readiness to lead the transition from automation to Agentic Intelligence.
