The name “TestMu” comes from our community conference. Our users and team aren’t an audience, they’re the heartbeat of what we build. We believe AI augments human potential. It doesn’t replace it.

You’ll be the pipeline engine, generating high-intent SQLs and consistently booking qualified meetings that convert into revenue for our AEs in the US/NAMER Market.

THE PILLARS OF IMPACT

🚀 1. SQL Generation & Meeting Booking (50%)
– Consistently generate high-quality SQLs that convert into real pipeline
– Book and schedule qualified meetings for AEs with strong context and intent
– Own top-of-funnel execution from first touch to confirmed sales conversation
– Drive volume and quality — ensuring meetings progress, not just get booked

⚙️ 2. Outbound & Inbound Lead Generation (30%)
– Run multi-channel outbound across email, calls, and LinkedIn to create new opportunities
– Engage and convert inbound leads into sales-ready conversations
– Build targeted account lists and execute structured prospecting strategies
– Personalize outreach at scale to increase response and conversion rates

🧠 3. Pipeline Hygiene & Conversion Insights (20%)
– Maintain clean CRM hygiene with accurate tracking of leads, activities, and outcomes
– Track conversion metrics across stages and optimize for higher SQL-to-meeting rates
– Share on-ground insights on messaging, ICP signals, and objections
– Continuously refine outreach based on what is driving booked meetings and pipeline

The Interview Loop:

Round I · We get to know about you
A deep dive into your past experience, lead gen playbooks, SQL targets, and how you’ve consistently booked meetings — a two-way conversation.
Round II · Assignment round
A short assignment where you demonstrate how you would generate leads, craft outreach, and convert them into booked meetings.
Round III · Hiring Manager / Team Lead
A discussion focused on your execution rigor, ownership of targets, and how you operate in a high-performance sales environment.
