THE PILLARS OF IMPACT
🚀 1. Customer Trial Management (50%)
– Own end-to-end customer trial processes.
– Ensure trial success with proactive problem-solving.
– Capture and relay technical feedback to product teams.
– Maximize customer satisfaction through tailored solutions.
⚙️ 2. Technical Expertise (30%)
– Provide technical guidance to customers on product use.
– Demonstrate deep understanding of test automation frameworks.
– Assist in troubleshooting complex technical issues.
🧠 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration (20%)
– Work closely with sales and product teams to align customer needs.
– Translate technical requirements into actionable insights.
