THE PILLARS OF IMPACT
🚀 1. On-Site Support & Integration (50%)
– Manage ticketing systems and resolve integration issues efficiently.
– Document processes for consistent on-site support.
– Ensure smooth tool integration with existing systems.
– Provide technical support to enhance client satisfaction.
⚙️ 2. Technical Expertise & Problem Solving (30%)
– Utilize automation frameworks: Selenium, WebdriverIO, Playwright, or Cypress.
– Employ CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
– Diagnose connectivity issues using networking basics.
🧠 3. Continuous Learning & Adaptation (20%)
– Stay curious and self-teach new technologies.
– Adapt quickly to varied customer tech stacks.
– Make informed decisions amidst ambiguity.

– You must have a QA engineering background.
– You must have hands-on experience with at least 2 test automation frameworks.
– You must be proficient in at least one scripting language: Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python.
– You must understand CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
– You must have basic networking knowledge to debug connectivity issues.

Strong QA Engineering Background: Worked on multiple QA projects demonstrating technical depth.
Hands-On with Automation Frameworks: Implemented test cases using Selenium and WebdriverIO.
Proficient in Scripting Languages: Developed scripts in JavaScript for test automation.
CI/CD Tools Expertise: Integrated Jenkins pipelines for automated testing processes.
