Drive people-related projects and process improvements to accelerate HR initiatives from the ground up.
THE PILLARS OF IMPACT
🚀 1. People Project Ownership (50%)
– Own and execute people-related projects with tangible outcomes.
– Coordinate with stakeholders to align HR initiatives.
– Improve HR processes for greater efficiency, be an excellent coordinator.
– Solve real HR problems impacting business value.
⚙️ 2. Process Improvement (30%)
– Identify opportunities to enhance HR workflow.
– Implement solutions for seamless HR operations.
– Collaborate with teams to refine HR processes.
🧠 3. Stakeholder Coordination & Learning (20%)
– Work closely with HRBP for hands-on experience.
– Learn from senior leadership in People & Culture.
– Adapt to different people and situations effectively.

YOUR PATH
6-month internship with potential for full-time conversion based on performance. Reports to Chandni Chopra, VP of People & Culture, and works directly with Radhika Goel, HRBP. Opportunity to grow into a full-time role owning HR initiatives.
