What You’ll Own (and Ace)

  • As a Sales Development Representative at LambdaTest, you are on the front lines of our growth. You will be responsible for prospecting, lead qualification, and outreach to generate sales opportunities. You’ll work hand-in-hand with the sales team to engage potential customers and drive business growth in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • You will be responsible for:
  • Identifying and qualifying leads through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Prioritizing leads based on business needs and interest.
  • Maintaining CRM hygiene and documenting activities accurately.
  • Reporting sales progress and forecasting to sales management.
  • Engaging with and building relationships with CXO-level executives.

You’ll Thrive Here If You Have

Sales & Experience:
  • 2-4 years of experience in Sales, SDR, or Lead Generation, ideally within a SaaS environment.
  • Exceptional prospecting and qualification skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or Sales Navigator.
Communication & Mindset:
  • Strong communication skills with a passion for technology.
  • The ability to engage with CXO-level executives and build rapport.
  • An organized, detail-oriented mindset, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Skills:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a B2B SaaS company.
