About the Role:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at LambdaTest, you’ll focus on prospecting, lead qualification, and outreach to generate sales opportunities. You’ll work with the sales team to engage potential customers and drive business growth in a fast-paced SaaS environment.


What You’ll Do:

Identify and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.

Prioritize leads based on business needs and interest.

Maintain CRM hygiene and document activities accurately.

Report sales progress and forecast to sales management.

Engage with CXO-level executives and build relationships.


What You Should Have:

2-4 years of experience in Sales, SDR, or Lead Generation in SaaS.

B.Tech in C.S, I.T, or a related field (a plus).

Strong communication and tech passion.

Experience with CRM tools (Sales Navigator, ZOHO, SFDC).

Exceptional prospecting and qualification skills.

Ability to engage with CXO-level executives.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
